Story
Founder and Director Monika is a Marketing and Brand strategist with a financial edge. Monika lives on the Gold Coast and is married with 2 beautiful daughters. Monika has a love and passion for empowering small business owners to be the best they can be. She instills this in her two young daughters and knows they can achieve greatness.

Monika has worked with numerous businesses who have an amazing product or service and just don't quite know how to keep the business side alive and grow. She found with her Marketing and Finance background, she could provide the resources and direction they need to fulfil the business dreams and grow it into more than they could ever have imagined.

Community Involvement
At Empower Creative, we believe in giving back to the community and supporting grassroots initiatives. As part of our commitment to local organisations, Monika proudly volunteers her marketing and social media expertise to the Southport Sharks Junior AFL Club (JAFC).

As a committee member, she manages the club’s digital presence, promotions, and engagement strategies—ensuring that the next generation of AFL stars has the support and visibility they deserve. Our goal is to help the club grow, attract new players, and strengthen community connections through strategic marketing.
